Why we are in business
Our Purpose
Founded in 2003 by Vishen Lakhiani, Mindvalley is a learning experience company that publishes ideas and teachings by the best authors in personal growth, health and fitness, spirituality, productivity, mindfulness and more – serving three million students, subscribers and followers worldwide.
Through our digital education platforms, online academies, mobile apps, content platforms and live events, we give you access to transformational knowledge that empowers you to expand your boundaries, unleash your potential and lead an extraordinary life – on your terms.
We are ambitiously determined to push humanity forward by empowering our audience to live healthier and happier lives, to unleash their fullest potential – to be extraordinary. How? Nelson Mandela affirmed it: with the most powerful tool of all – education.
We want to change education globally and provide innovative, holistic education for all levels – from infant learning and highschool models to all stages of adulthood. Our ultimate goal? To launch a school of growth and humanity for a billion people.

Why you would want to work for our company

Interview tips:
Look at an interview as a mutual exchange of information. Approach it with a positive attitude, relax, and enjoy your Mindvalley experience. Based on our observations, we have put together some know-hows.
1. Study Us
Browse our website, check out our Facebook, find out more about our products, get some Insights. Be able to articulate what we do, who we are, what is our mission and values, and why you want to be a part of our team. Attend our events. Be social.
2. Explore the culture
Learn what it means that happiness is the new productivity. By getting to know us better, you can determine if our culture resonates with you. We value innovation, collaboration and growth.
3. Know what you want
Read the job description carefully to figure out how well you align to the role. Focus on what you can bring to the table, what makes your brain bubbling with enthusiasm and how that aligns with our mission.
4. Show the real you
We want to know what is not present in your resume. Share your valuable experiences and insights, summarize your achievements and charm us with your stories.
5. Dare us
Go ahead and quiz the interviewer with one sharp question after the other. It’s one of the best ways to establish a connection and for us to learn how serious you are about pursuing a career with us. Make us think.
6. Listen
Listening is one of the best ways to build the rapport and is as important as answering the questions. If you’re not paying attention, even if you know the right answer, you might give just a passable one.
7. Show us you’re on it
Be ready to enthusiastically express your pride and passions – this is more meaningful than any experience you’ve had. What are the new traits, technologies or trends that make you tick?
