We practice “flexi-time” – there are no set working hours, call times or even locations. On average we perhaps dedicate about 45 hours a week to working, but 5 out of those hours are encouraged to be used for individual growth (consuming a book, course or training to enhance one’s role; or even learning how to meditate). Some of us work from home on certain days of the week or even go offsite to turn an exotic location of their hometown into their office for a week or more.
We maintain a systemized KPI for each team and publish these reports to the CEO and the entire company every week. We publish the KPI so long as the harmony of the respective team isn’t compromised by a single employee’s work arrangement, we strongly support a results-only work environment.
