Spun off a successful pitch by a few of our employees during our team retreat, every first Friday of the month is meeting and work free for Learn Day. We dedicate our office hours to learning or teaching by encouraging our employees to hold trainings, give presentations, share knowledge or even consume a course or a book on their own. Senior managers as well as our CEO open 30-minute slots to coach or have one-on-one sessions.
