Recology’s 2014-2018 Strategic Plan was publsihed in 2013 to guide the company in meeting our mission of ZERO WASTE in San Francisco by 2020.

We formed a Strategic Plan Oversight Committee (SPOC) to be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Strategic Plan. Recology’s Strategic Plan incorporates goals and milestones that will be tracked, while the SPOC will report the goal status to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
