Even a team with a beautiful office needs a change of scene from time to time. Getaround encourages its team to get up and out of the office often. From the annual company off-site in Lake Tahoe to spontaneous beach days, the Getaround team can and will work from anywhere. Twice a year, the Getaround team puts all projects on hold for a team Hackathon. These events are aimed at thinking outside the box, solving new problems and cross-team interactions.
