Oath of Awesomeness
Every new hire at Mindvalley is assigned a buddy to help him or her settle in at the office. They are also required to take the oath of awesomeness in front of the entire team (this oath lists our top 10 voted values to live and work by) and has to undergo a five day induction to introduce him or her to the different teams of the company.
We also have a handbook called the Mindvalley Way, a guide that outlines the values and practices at the company. New hires also get to spend a lot of time with senior managers who coach them in their first month. This includes some quality time with the founder, Vishen, who would take them out to dinner to get to know them better.
These are crucial steps to preserve the culture and environment that we value and have spent years implementing and nurturing.
